To be accepted by UITM for Erasmus+ mobility each student must follow the steps below. Please note that we only accept students from universities which we cooperate with.

Students must be nominated by their university coordinator. The nomination can be sent by e-mail and it must provide information about student's name, e-mail address, date of birth, field of study at home university.

STEP 1: APPLICATION DOCUMENTS

All the nominated students must send directly to MsThis email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. an electronic version of the documents listed below:

  • Application Form SMS-ANG 2018/2019
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV) - written in English (you can use Europass CV form)
  • scan of ID card (EU member states) / scan of valid passport (other countries)
  • Transcript of Records obtained in previous years of study (each incoming student must obtain a positive grade/mark from previous years of study at home university; GPA at least 2.20/4.0)

 Application documents should be sent between:

  • May 31, 2018 - June 30, 2018 – by students who wish to start studies in the Fall semester;
  • November 15, 2018 - December 20, 2018  – by students who wish to start studies in the Spring semester.

STEP 2: LEARNING AGREEMENT

Both Erasmus+ student and their home coordinator should prepare the study programme for exchange semester, i. e. Learning Agreement 2018/2019, and sent it by e-mail to Ms Lidia Lejko before:

  • July 20, 2018 – by students who wish to start studies in the Fall semester;
  • January 10, 2019 – by students who wish to start studies in the Spring semester.

Scans of the signatures in the Learning Agreement are accepted.

 STEP 3: INVITATION LETTER

After reviewing all application documents and final acceptance, UITM Coordinator sends Letters of Acceptance/Invitation to partner university's coordinator for a group of students incoming to UITM.

 

STEP 4: PREPARING THE ARRIVAL

Each incoming Erasmus+ student must inform UITM Erasmus+ Coordinator (and a Mentor student as well) about the details of arrival to Rzeszow (date, time and place)! To fullfill this obligation, please fill in  the "Arrival Form" and send it to Ms This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. before deadline.

All Erasmus+ students are expected to participate in the "Erasmus Welcome Days" which take place at the UITM in October 2018.

During those days Erasmus+ incoming students will attend integration session, hold meetings with International Relations Unit staff, be offered information sessions on UITM services and they go on a guided tour around the UITM campuses and/or the city of Rzeszów, among other things.

Please remember:

  • No TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) certificate is required. However, Erasmus+ students must have at least an intermediate command of English (at least B2 level according to CEFR) to be able to follow lectures and take exams!
  • Erasmus+ students are welcomed to attend a free of charge course of Polish. They should inform if they wish to attend.
  • No enrolment fees are charged for Erasmus students!
